PowerPlay built its tennis book with the Ontario market in mind, and it shows in how straightforward the site is to navigate during Grand Slam fortnights. You'll find full draws for the ATP and WTA tours plus Challenger and ITF events, though coverage thins out once you get past round two on smaller tournaments. The layout keeps match winner, set betting and totals a click away without extra menus to dig through.

Pros
  • Clean bet slip that doesn't slow down when you're chasing live odds mid-rally
  • Full ATP and WTA main draw coverage with set betting, total games and correct score markets on most matches
  • Payouts to Interac clear inside a day once an account is verified
Cons
  • Challenger and ITF markets thin out fast past the first round, so doubles bettors especially will find gaps
  • Licensed only through iGaming Ontario, so it's not an option for bettors outside that province despite the Canadian branding

Tennis coverage

PowerPlay covers both tours in full during the season, with ATP Masters 1000 and WTA 1000 events getting the same market depth as the majors: match winner, set betting, total games over/under and first set result. Grand Slams get extended coverage including set correct score and game handicaps on featured courts. Once you drop to Challenger or ITF level, markets shrink to match winner and maybe total games, and some qualifying rounds don't get a line at all. Doubles is present for tour-level events but sparse everywhere else.

Odds and live betting

Live betting refreshes fast, games and point score updating within a second or two of the point ending, which matters when you're backing a player to close out a set at short odds. In-play markets cover next game winner, set winner and total games for the current set, though a full match cash out only appears on tour-level matches. Pre-match odds on tour events sit close to market average, maybe half a point of vig worse than what you'd get shopping around three or four books, but nothing that should stop you using PowerPlay as a primary account.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits by Interac e-Transfer or debit card land instantly, so you can get a bet down before a match starts without waiting on a pending balance. Withdrawals back to Interac typically clear within one business day once your account is verified with ID and a proof of address, faster than the three to five days some rivals quote. E-transfer is capped lower per transaction than card deposits, so bigger withdrawals may need splitting across two payouts.
