Today's Tennis TV Schedule
Tennis fans across the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada have more ways to watch than ever, but the rights are split across several broadcasters and no single subscription covers everything. Grand Slams, Masters events and the tours themselves are scattered between pay TV, streaming apps and the occasional free-to-air highlights package. Knowing who holds what rights saves you paying for two services when one would do.
TV channels and streaming
Sky Sports remains the biggest name in UK tennis coverage, holding the ATP and WTA tours, the Australian Open and the US Open. TNT Sports, built from the old Eurosport platform and now folded into discovery+, carries the French Open. Wimbledon still airs free on the BBC, which many overseas visitors forget. In Australia, the Nine Network shows the Australian Open and Wimbledon on free-to-air, while Stan Sport streams most ATP Tour events. New Zealanders rely on Sky Sport NZ for the bulk of tour tennis. Canada splits its coverage between TSN, whose production ties to ESPN mean strong US Open and Wimbledon coverage, and Sportsnet, which picks up the French Open some years.
